1. What is Uttoriya?

Uttoriya is a brand that promotes and sells traditional cloth ( uttorios )usually draped over the shoulders or upper body. It can be styled with ethnic wear or used as a scarf or stole with modern outfits.

2. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a curated range of handwoven, printed, embroidered, and designer uttorios for men, women and children . Our collection blends tradition with contemporary elegance.

3. Are your products handmade or machine-made?

Most of our uttorios are handcrafted by skilled artisans from various parts of India. We believe in promoting sustainable, handmade fashion.

4. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your desired item, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re ready, go to ‘Checkout’ and complete the payment process.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like PhonePe, and Google Pay.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, Cash on Delivery is not available.

7. How long will delivery take?

We usually ship orders within 4- 6 working days, ( minimum 10 days for bulk / customized orders )and delivery may take 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping only within India, but international shipping will be launched soon.

9. Can I customize a design or place a bulk order?

Yes! We take custom and bulk orders for events, marriages, birthdays, gifting, or boutique needs. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for details.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy on eligible items. The product should be unused, with tags intact. A video of opening / unwrapping the product from the delivery packet is a must for any kind of return. No *refund will be done. In case of return, other products of the same price range have to be selected and order to be placed. Customized items are non-returnable.

* Exchange of product is not allowed. Only in case of damage during delivery the return policy will work .
