Return and Refund Policy
No Refund. Products once ordered can only be exchanged in case of any damage or wrong product from our side. In such a case other products of similar or higher prices have to be ordered.
A video of opening/ unwrapping the product is mandatory for any kind of exchange of product.
Exchange Process
We have 7 Days exchange policy. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact us: Before exchange any items, please contact our customer service team by email at support@uttorio.com or by phone at 9392862980 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack your return: Include the original packing slip and the RMA number with your exchanged items.
Ship your return: Securely pack and ship your exchange to the following address:

Shipping Costs:
Exchange shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Original shipping: If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the cost of exchange shipping.
Exchange Processing
Once we receive your exchanged items and verify that they meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process your exchange within 10 business days. Exchange will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
This policy excludes the following:
Digital products: Due to their nature, digital products such as downloads and subscriptions are non-refundable.
Sale items: Certain items sold as “final sale” or “clearance” are non-refundable. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
